Reverend Stanfield has been the pastor of Fourth Presbyterian Church in South Boston since 1991. At Fourth Church, he transformed a diminished urban congregation into a vital ministry with a strong community presence.

Rev. Stanfield has taught at Harvard Divinity School and Andover-Newton Theological Seminary and has presented at churches, schools and conferences across the country. Rev. Stanfield has also been a leader with the South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation and other neighborhood coalitions. He is a musician with several albums to his credit, and is the father of three young adults who make him feel very proud and very blessed.

Thatcher is the Managing Director at Boston Private, an SVB company.

Kathy is the Client Services Director for Versetal Information Systems. She is PMP certified and leads the Project Management Office; developing tools and processes across the consulting organization.

In addition to serving as our Clerk, Kathy volunteers with the Fourth Presbyterian Church's Food Pantry and Meals Program. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University and resides in Dorchester with her husband, Ron. They have one son studying at the University of Vermont, one son who recently graduated from Boston Public Schools, and their 3 year old mini-goldendoodle, Sadie.
